Commodore 64Commodore 64 [boxed]

As a young boy at school I always hated the commodore 64. All the "Well Off" kids had one and I had to make do with a Spectrum 48K. But later I got my Amstrad CPC464 and I started to fight back! Although now I know that the commodore 64 is the better gaming machine (with it's hardware sprites and cool SID music chip) I can't help but feel a little animosity towards it still ;)

Commodore 64C

Commodore 64C [boxed]

This was the first Commodore 64 I came into contact with - and I remember the first thing I loaded was a Demo Cassette my friend gave me. I had seen it run at his house and was mighty impressed with the SID's guitar rendition of "No Sleep Till Brooklyn" by the Beastie Boys. However I has shocked to find that the SID chip in these later machines was not 100% compatible with the earlier model - and my guitar sounded more like a violin :(

Commodore Amiga 500 [boxed]

This little baby is the first computer I ever used a mouse with - and I thought it was so cool. I remember spending ages drawing a picture of a 3.5" disc using Deluxe Paint - only to accidentally save over it again with a blank image..... DOH! An amazing machine which showed just what was possible with computers - if they were designed from the ground up! This one has the optional 512Kb RAM upgrade installed.
